Eligibility Criteria
The candidates who are willing to participate in this recruitment process of Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) carrying out it on the behalf of various Departments of Government of Uttar Pradesh, must have to fullfill the following academic and other essential qualifications is as under -
Uttar Pradesh Forensic Science Laboratories (Scientific Officer)
Essential Qualifications for-
- Biology Section/Domain: M.Sc./M.Tech. in Zoology/Botany/Forensic Science.
- Computer Forensic Section/Domain: B. Tech. in Computer Science/I.T./Electronics and Communication or M.Sc. in Computer Science or M.C.A.
- Physics Section/Domain: M.Sc./M. Tech. in Physics/Forensic Science/Mathematics.
- Chemistry Section/Domain: M. Sc./M. Tech. in Chemistry/ Forensic Science.
- Behavioral Science Section/Domain: Post Graduate in Psychology/ Forensic Psychology or M.D. in Psychiatry.
Experience : At least Three
years analytical or Research experience in the relevant
subjects in recognized Laboratory or Institute.
Preferential: A candidate who has-
- Ph.D in relevant subject.
- For Lie Detection Section Experience of using polygraph.
Preferential (Behavioral Science Section/Domain): A candidate who
has-
- served in the Territorial Army for a minimum period of two years; or
- obtained a 'B' certificate of National Cadet Corps, shall, other things being equal, be given preference in the matter of direct recruitment.
Uttar Pradesh Geology and Mining Department (Mines Officer)
Essential Qualification: Degree in Mining Engineering from a University established
by law in India or Three years Diploma in Mining
Engineering from recognized institution with at least one
Years's experience in supervising mining operation.
Experience: Two years experience in dealing with mineral concession work.
Preferential Qualification: A candidate other things being
equal will be given preference in the matter of direct
recruitment if, he-
- has served in the Territorial Army for a minimum period of two years; or
- has obtained a 'B' certificate of National Cadet Corps.
Uttar Pradesh Medical Health & Family Welfare Department (Dental Surgeon)
Essential Qualification: A candidate must possess at
least B.D.S. (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) Degree from a
recognised university or an equivalent qualification
recognised by the Indian Dental Council.
Preferential Qualification: A candidate, Who has (1) served in the
Territorial Army for a minimum period of two years; or (2)
obtained a 'B' certificate of National Cadet Corps, shall other
things being equal, be given preference in the matter of
direct recruitment.
Uttar Pradesh AYUSH (Ayurveda) Department (Lecturer)
Essential Qualification:
- Five years Degree in Ayurveda from a University established by law, or the Board of Indian Medicine, Uttar Pradesh, or any other State Board or Faculty which is registrable under the United Provinces Indian Medicine Act, 1939.
- Post-Graduate qualification of the subject from a recognized institution. 3. Adequate knowledge of Hindi, English and Sanskrit.
.Preferential Qualification:
- Research work and publication of Original Papers and books.
- Served in the territorial Army for a minimum period of two years; or
- Obtained a "B" certificate of National Cadet Corps; shall other things being equal, be given preference in the matter of direct recruitment.
Uttar Pradesh Ayush (Homoeopathy) Department (HMO & HRMO)
Essential Qualification: A recognized
Degree in Homeopathy, the duration of study of which is not
less than 5 years according to its syllabus or course or A
recognized Diploma in Homeopathy, the duration of study of
which is not less than 4 years according to its syllabus or course
2. The applicant should be duly registered with the
Homeopathic Medicine Board, Uttar Pradesh.
Preferential Qualification: A candidate other things being equal,will be given
preference in the matter of direct recruitment, if he-
- has served in the Territorial Army for a minimum period of two years; or
- has obtained a 'B' certificate of National Cadet Corps.
Uttar Pradesh Ayush (Unani) Department
For Unani Medical Officer
Essential Qualification:
- A degree in Unani Tib of a University established by law in India. or Five years degree or diploma in Unani Tib of the Board of Indian Medicine, Uttar Pradesh.
- Registration as a Hakeem with the Board of Indian Medicine, Uttar Pradesh.
Experience: At least six months Professional experience of state Unani/Allopathic Hospital or dispensary.
Preferential Qualification: Post-graduate degree in Unani Tib from a recognized
institution.
For Reader Kulliyat
Essential Qualification:
- Five years Degree in Unani from a University established by law, or five years Degree from the Board of Indian Medicine, Uttar Pradesh or any other state Board or Faculty which is registrable under the United Provinces Indian Medicine Act, 1939.
- Seven years teaching experience of the subject (Five years for a Post-Graduate) in a recognized institution.
- Working knowledge of Hindi, English and Urdu or Arabic or Persian.
Preferential Qualification:
- Post-graduate qualification from a recognized institution;
- Research work and publication of original papers and books.
A
candidate other thing being equal, be given preference in the
matter of direct recruitment, if he-
- has served in the Territorial Army for a minimum period of two years; or
- has obtained a 'B' certificate of National Cadet Corps.
For Reader Amraz-e-Jild wa Tazeeniyat
Essential Qualification:
- Five years Degree in Unani from a University established by law, or five years Degree from the Board of Indian Medicine, Uttar Pradesh or any other state Board or Faculty which is registrable under the United Provinces Indian Medicine Act, 1939.
- Seven years teaching experience of the subject (Five years for a Post Graduate) in a recognized institution. 3. Working knowledge of Hindi, English and Urdu or Arabic or Persian.
Preferential Qualification:
- Post-graduate qualification from a recognized institution;
- Research work and publication of original papers and books
A
candidate, who has-
- Served in the Territorial Army for a minimum period of two years; or

For Lecturer Arabic
Essential Qualification:
- A First class Post-Graduate Degree in Arabic from a recognised Institution.
- Three year's teaching experience in a recognised Institution.
- Working knowledge of Hindi, English and Urdu.
Preferential Qualification:
- Ph.D. in Arabic.
- Research work and publication of original papers and books
A candidate, who has-
- Served in the Territorial Army for a minimum period of two years; or
- Obtained a 'B' certificate of National Cadet Corps; shall other things being equal, be given preference in the matter of direct recruitment.
Important
- It is mandatory for the candidates to make One Time Registration(O.T.R.)before applying online. At the time of online application submission, Fee payment.
- The "Incomplete Online Application-Form shall be rejected and no communication in this regard shall be entertained."
- "If at any stage, it comes to the knowledge of the commission that the candidate has concealed or misrepresented any information, his candidature shall be rejected and proceeding to debar him from future examinations and selections shall be initiated."
